The winery produces traditional varieties of Grüner Veltliner, Weißburgunder, Blauer Zweigelt, and Blaufränkisch. In addition, Lenz Moser produces Welschriesling, Chardonnay, Pinot Gris, Riesling, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Blauburgunder, Blauer Portugieser, and St. Laurent.
